Served as a Resource Person for NELD, LDC-IL, and the Bharatiya Bhasha Jyoti (Bengali) project. Taught Bengali as a Guest Faculty at ERLC, Bhubaneswar. Contributed to language documentation by preparing the Bhunjia–Odia–English Dictionary, the Bhunjia Ethnolinguistic Sketch, and the Grammatical Sketch of Juang. Developed language primers for Bhunjia, Juang, Kurukh, Kisan (Kunhu), Kandha (Khond), Parji (Durua), and Munda, and compiled pictorial glossaries for Bhunjia, Juang, Ho–Odia, Parji (Durua), Muada, Kisan (Kunhu), Kandha, Gondi, and Koya languages.
